The Benefit of Leader-to-Leader Community

Questions like these are why we’ve been working to build a community of women in ministry leadership. We don’t want leaders like you to crash and burn.   We want you to feel joyful about your calling in ministry.  And we believe there’s strength in numbers.   Our vision is to create a space for mutual encouragement and support.

You are all working in different places, under different circumstances.  And yet your lives parallel one another in countless ways.  We think that’s what makes you perfect for each other!  With a leader-to-leader community, you can support each other exclusive of the places and people you’re leading.  You can collaborate and generate new ideas, and even partner your resources for greater impact.
